I'm maintaining around 350 users list with majordomo.
Suddenly around 24 hours ago this list broke down, all the
mails were sent to receivers five times(!) and syslog&maillog
were filled with messages:
Dec 20 14:11:12 inferno sendmail[24558]: OAA24558: SYSERR(daemon): too many hops 18 (17 max): from owner-fi-rave via localhost, to fi-rave-outgoing
..this was quite surprising because no one had not changed /etc/aliases
for weeks or touched the majordomo files.
Any suggestions what could cause this? One user of my list reported
that few other lists had the same problems..
