That is really the solution for which I was looking. I could not remember
how it was done and couldn't find it in my Unix reference book, Running 
Linux.

Travis Hassloch suggested that I telnet to the smtp port and do it
manually. That worked just fine, but your suggestion seems a bit easier.

It is really difficult to switch to elm or pine after running one of these
fancy GUI based mail clients, but, I guess sometimes there is no way
around having to use them.

Thanks for the suggestion and I will try it last time.
