More Newbie Probs with archive

I'm installing Majordomo for the first time.  Everything seems to be 
working fine except I can't get the archive or digest functions to work 
at all.  

Could someone who is using digest and archive please send me a copy of a 
working aliases file?

I know that there are examples in the documentation, but there are so 
many DIFFERENT examples, one seems to contradict another.
