I'm using Majordomo 1.93 with Perl 5.001m on Open Serer 5 (Rels D) with
no problems.  If you have specific questions, I'd be glad to help.  I
read that Perl 4 and 5 are not supported under Majordomo... you need
Perl 5.001.  After I got it to compile I sent it, along with the 
patched majordomo, to sco.  Check their FTP site (websco.sco.com) in
the Skunk directory for the sources...
