(preface) I'm new to this list and the use of the program....but
it's close to working completely. Thanks, folks, in advance.

majordomo version: 1.93
Mail system:Next OS (R3.3), which is essentially BSD at this level,
P90 engine.
Perl:4.0.1.8

Permissions for the core files are all mode 664, Directories mode 775.

What works: manually (by superuser) placing names into the given
list, mailing to the list and having the mail be delivered to the
list members. Certain, *limited* number of administrative commands
work, like "subscribe, unsubscribe, which."

What doesn't work: the "who" command returns an immediate

	>>>> who sample
**** Command 'who' not recognized.
**** No valid commands found.

What doesn't work: sending the command "config sample <password>"
returns the generic sample.config file. I have tested even doing
nothing to it, but simply sending this same file back to majordomo
with the preface "newconfig sample <password>" and ended the entire
message/sample.config with EOF, and been spammed by what majordomo
returns to me.....(mail sent as plain ASCII initially)...

>>>> newconfig sample <password>

It all looks OK to me, and this is made worse by the fact that the
list essentially works...but not as advertised and requires me to
haak all lists, etc.

regards
patrick
