Only allow list members to post?

A list admin requests disallowing nonmember posts to a list.  The list
admin dreads having to approve all the list traffic; we'll try to get
him set up with digesting to keep that low key.  But I am told MACjordomo
_can_ limit postings this way.  Is there a way to do it hiding inside 1.92
(our current version) or the latest version?  Thanks.
