Hops, multi-sends, exploding mailers

Good grief!

What would cause majordomo to spit back about two dozen copies of the same  
message to EACH subscriber?  This is a new problem.  All lists seem to be  
affected.  Just for giggles, I KILLed sendmail and restarted it, but I think  
the problem is on the majordomo side?

Anyone know what would cause majordomo to go into spam mode?
