The current alpha of the next release understands "unsubscribe *"; I'm not
sure who added that or when, but it's there.
It does not appear to handle "approve <passwd> unsubscribe *", however,
apparently because it's uncleare which <passwd> it should check. Should
there be a global password for global unsubscribes?
