My test list (call it 'listname') has the following line in the config file:
restrict_post =listname
I just tried to post to it from a non-subscribed address, and received (in my
list admin's email box) a message to the following effect
Subject: BOUNCE listname: Non-member submission from [unsubscribed address]
So long as your aliases use resend (which understands restrict_post) this config
file setting should work.
