Adding another header? Do I need to modify resend?

Mail from majordomo lists is always addressed in the form of "To: 
sample-list@WestEd.org" when it arrives in my mailbox, not "To: 
brankin@WestEd.org".  List mail from my site must have the true address 
available somewhere in the header - if not in To: field perhaps in a field 
called X-Comments.  How to I configure Majordomo to do this?  Do I need to 
modify resend?
