Sure. Sounds like your sendmail is configured with "smrsh", the
sendmail restricted shell. Smrsh requires all binaries invoked by
sendmail via the "prog" mailer to be in a special bin directory,
/usr/adm/sm.bin by default. Just move or copy wrapper to that
directory and smrsh will be able to run it.
