(Sorry if this is a repost, I sent it out yesterday but didn't see it in my
mail...)

Hi,

I'm experiencing a somewhat bizarre majordomo problem. Namely, emails seem
to be sent out through majordomo without a problem (that is, I subscribe and
have gotten all of the emails without a problem and so have several other
people). However, I've gotten several messages back from people who have
said that they have not receive one single message from our system since
we've begun using majordomo.

I've looked up their names in our subscription list, and they are indeed
subscribed. Possible explanations that come to mind are:

1. All of the subscribers are from out of country (their addresses end in
.ca and .au) Does this cause a problem for majordomo?

2. When we moved our list over to majordomo, I created a file of all our
subscribers (one email address per line) and just copied this into the lists
directory. Is majordomo actually more particular than this? Have I somehow
messed up the formatting by not going through the normal "email your
subscription to majordomo" channels?

I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Cindy

(By the way, we're running majordomo 1.93 on a Solaris system).
