*that's not as helpful as it may seem, because spammers are disk
*dancers. they change accounts all the time, getting a new
*trial account with another ISP when the one they had previously
*get closed. and some of them forge the headers, so that the
*apparent sender who you block is innocent.
it'd still be a useful capability; there are times where i'd like to
give some members of one of my more unruly lists some enforced "quiet
time" to think about why flaming is bad.
