Actually, you can make your list closed to posts by non-member.

In your config file, set the parameter "restrict_post" to your list name.
This will cause any message coming from someone not on your list to Bounce
to you.

Don't forget to complain to the postmaster@aol.com. Every list owner getting
this trash should forward the COMPLETE message to the postmaster along with
the complaint. The goal is to make give the postmaster enough trouble that
he has to do something - for his peace of mind.
