Well, just reinstalled and did another test. So far, it has
been 21 minutes and the load average is still at around
8, jumping between 7-12, when it is usually under 1. Is
this commone for this program? If so, how can you bear
20 minutes of lag why people are subscribing to your list?
Right now there is about 10 seconds of lag when I type
anything .. at the console!! And I still have yet to
recieve the dreaded 'out of memory' msg back from
sendmail.
I am running Linux 1.2.13 with 8Megs and a 32Meg swap partition.
This machine is dedicated to httpd only.
