Thanks to all who responded. I finally got it going - as expected
it was a permission problem.

I basically followed the guidlines given by the messages received
this evening EXCEPT the message where 54.54 was used for uid.gid
I had to put my actual majordom uid.gid there.

I am sure I will have more questions but good to have it running!
