you don't get feedback.  they can't answer every complaint
individually.  but they do follow it up.  you should get an
automatized response that your complaint has been received
and will be attended to, and that's all you get.
note that you should use the address abuse@aol.com rather
than postmaster@aol.com for spam complaints concerning
spams originated at AOL (for faster attention).
