I would consider this a Good Thing.  The Errors-To: header is deprecated.
RFC-1123 section 5.3.6 clearly defines how errors should be handled and
what addresses they should be sent to (the envelope-sender address).  It
is the mailer's responsibility to ensure that the envelope-sender address
is changed to that of the list owner before sending the message to the list
recipients.
