The error 139 (= 11 + 128) indicates that majordomo (really perl) has
segfaulted.  Signal 11 is SIGSEGV.  As for why it's doing this, I would
suppose it's the infinite recursion bug that occurs when it can't write a
lockfile because the permissions are bad.  You might find more out by
examining the core that was left, if there was one.

We really need to get 1.94 out; it's much better in this respect.
