Timezone problems with wrapper

When wrapper runs it seems to be using a "default" timezone
of EDT, which is at the moment 6 hours before my timezone
which is MET-1METDST.
The problems this gives me is obvious (?), the mails from the
mail-lists appear to be 6 hours "younger" than they really are
and appears ( at least in my mail-reader ) somewhere down the
list of received mail.
How can I make this program use the system TZ rather than a
default OS TZ? ( At least that is what I think is happening ).
I'm running Majordomo 1.93 and Perl 4.036 on a HP with HP-UX 9.05.
