Be warned though ... on "large" lists using bulk_mailer is going to eat up
your memory. Even on a 128Mb real / 512Mb virtual system I had to stop
using it on my bigger lists ... 200+ copies of sendmail running
concurrently will kill you dead!
But it really does speed up delivery ...
