Majordomo complains about addresses that start with the character `/' among
other things because these are common ways to exploit security holes in
some versions of Sendmail. Think of something like, say,
"/etc/passwd@site"; if Sendmail decides to mail to that file, you have
problems. (This is very much simplified and not at all how it's actually
done.)
Some versions of majordomo (you don't say what version you're using, so
it's hard to say) try to check the syntax of at least X.400 addresses; the
complaint about "no /c=" results from that. I have no idea just what kind
of address this is, though.
