Debugging problems like this is usually best done by either manually
executing the command or redirecting the error output to a file in the
/usr/lib/aliases file so that you can look at what's really happening.
Manually execute:
/disk2/majordomo/wrapper majordomo < /dev/null
This should give you some indication as to what's going wrong.
