I tried making the wrapper to be setuid root on my IRIX server with all the
flags set for POSIX-compliant. Yet when I email MD it tells me:
/disk2/majordomo/wrapper: error: recompile with POSIX flags.
554 "|/disk2/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"... unknown mailer error 4
How is this if I have compiled as such:
W_UID = 50
W_GID = 50
W_CHOWN=root
W_CHMOD=4755
WRAPPER_FLAGS = -DBIN=\"${W_BIN}\" -DPATH=\"PATH=${W_PATH}\" \
-DHOME=\"HOME=${W_HOME}\" -DSHELL=\"SHELL=${W_SHELL}\" \
-DMAJORDOMO_CF=\"MAJORDOMO_CF=${W_MAJORDOMO_CF}\" \
-DPOSIX_UID=${W_UID} -DPOSIX_GID=${W_GID} -DSETGROUP
My permissions for the wrapper are:
-rwsr-xr-x 1 majordom majordom 20484 Jun 5 21:51 wrapper
I am still able to make MD work on the comand line but not by mail. Am I totaly
blind or is there something with IRIX and MD that is not documented. Is there
anyone who has compiled MD on IRIX?
