Most spammers are after the fast, easy buck, and have no interest in
going to this level of effort for the handful of lists they're not
getting onto. I have yet to meet a single one in a couple years of
running a publicly advertised list, and I've been hit by KK at least a
score of times (of which none made it on the list). Doesn't mean they
aren't out there, but they are not a significant factor at this time.
