Subject: explicitly set permissions on wrapper?

I tried it with both POSIX and non POSIX settings. In just hacking away at this
 tried to chmod 4755 the wrapper binary and that is when it started complaining
about the POSIX settings. Are you not supposed to set the wrapper permissions?
If not it it is just 755 (rwxr-xr-x). What are the permisions supposed to be on
the wrapper?
