Subject: bulk_mailer bug, and other envelope batchers?

Are there any quick and dirty email batchers besides bulk_mailer? I ask
because I think I have found a bug in bulk_mailer 1.3 that I mistakenly
attributed to Majordomo.

The problem is that all lines with leading tabs simply disappear from the
message that is sent. The copy that is stored in the archives is fine, but
the result after passing through bulk_mailer is not. (My outgoing alias
pipes the output of resend to archive2.pl and bulk_mailer.)

bulk_mailer also tries to do administrivia checking and header rewriting
which I really don't care about, and sometimes this conflicts with resend's
rules.
