Tabs, long columns and the like.

I added code to majordomo to wrap long columns (over 80 characters).
This seems like it should be a feature in a new version.  Is it?  Also
it would be nice (although I haven't done it) to convert TABs to "   "
or some such.  (since people's tab stops are all set differently and
the 3 character tab stop person may not realize a 10 tab stop mail
viewer might not be happy.)  Lastly, how about something to strip odd
characters?
