OK, you don't say what version of Sendmail you use, so I'll guess that the
following will work, _if_ you're not using digests:

listname: "|/usr/local/lists/majordomo-1.94/wrapper resend -l listname -h hpc.uh.edu listname-out10829,nobody",

listname-out10829: :include: /usr/local/lists/lists/listname

The addition of ",nobody" is important.  Choose any number you like.

If you're running digests, be warned that there are places in the code
where listname-outgoing is hardcoded.
