 As a fairly new majordomo myself, I suggest you think carefully about this.

 How to do it? Easy.. look in your list.config file.. there's a reply to 
section in the config. Put whatever you want in there.

 I thought it would be neat to have the reply set to one of my mail list 
addresses... NOT! Bounced mail got sent back to the list creating a mail 
loop. Auto responders (saying go away) appeared back to the list, 
messages saying "get me out of here" went to the list. I quickly removed 
the reply to!
