Oh, I plan to give it to majordomo-workers for thorough destruction. The
program stands alone, but I originally intended to build it into resend.
The problem is that you need at least perl 5.002 and some other packages
just to run it which clashes with the stated Majordomo goal of ancient perl
support until 2.0.
Perhaps it could be put into the contrib directory. I'm still not sure
there's much interest in it.
