Subject: strange mailer error 1, can't find majordomo.cf

Hello all,

We recently installed Majordomo 1.93 on a x86 running 4.4BSD, running
Perl v4.036, the mailer is sendmail version 8.2 Berkeley 3/5/94.
I have read the FAQ, the readme.txt, the O'Reilly book 'Managing
Internet Informations Services', and several of the majordomo-users
archives. I have been unable to find any information on my problem.

Below is the error message I get back when I send a request to 'info'
at klgai.com, I am aliased as the list-owner for 'info' and 'sample',
from mailer-daemon. I have info aliased to 'sample' before the section
of aliases for sample. A message sent to 'sample' results in the same
error message. Of course, I also have root priv on the machine. While
the book states it is 'just a guide', those suggestions and the newest
version of the FAQ are how I installed majordomo.

Majordom account files are all majordom 5000,
except wrapper is -rwsrwsr-x root 5000 wrapper

All perl scripts in /usr/local/majordomo are world readable, except
   the above difference for wrapper.

I have made certain that all scripts have the correct path to perl.
I have tried several days to solve this problem, but I am new to
Perl and that might be where my mistake is...

   Yes, majordomo.cf is in /usr/local/majordomo

Thanks for the help !
Jim Pierce.
