Well, it's complaining that one of the header fields is too long. I know,
that's not much help. Look at the message that's bouncing to you and check
the headers. One of them is probably really long. Make sure that it makes
sense for your list and approve it if you wish. This is an informational
bounce; Majordomo has detected a possibly bad message and is asking you
what to do.
Why would a header field get that long? Well, I've seen them from broken
mailers and from people (spammers) sending a message to hundreds of mailing
lists, all appearing in the To: header.
If you choose to approve the message, be aware that there are sites that
will refuse to accept messages with long header fields.
