Table of contents in digest

I am the owner of a list that runs on Majordomo version 1.92. I was 
wondering if it is possible for Majordomo to automatically create a table 
of contents at the beginning of each digest using the subject line from 
each post.

If someone could post me the details on how to achieve this I will 
forward them to the sysop.
