You can't get rid of them, nor should you want to. Those
'technical' header lines are meaningful to the mail handling
software that processes the mail as it moves from site to site.
It is also used by mail readers to know how to process the mail
message.
Why do you think you should get rid of it?

It should work. Is there actually anything in the Subject line?
Try forwarding an entire message to us here at
majordomo-users@GreatCircle. Be sure to include ALL headers.
BTW, your signature is WAY too long. 4 lines is the commonly
accepted standard.
