I have a the subscribe_policy of a list configured as closed.
When a user sends a subscribe request to majordomo they
receive a reply indicating that their request will be forwarded to
the list owner for approval. The problem is that the list owner
never receives the request for approval. I've tried it with and
without the <listname>.closed file. Using MD 1.93. Thanks for
any help.
