It's happened to me, though only because I manually combined two lists by
hand.  Majordomo has always complained when I try to subscribe someone
twice.

In any case, there just isn't any way to do this remotely.  You'll have to
have someone who has direct access to the file delete the extra entry.

Perhaps there should be a command to have majordomo replace the address
file with a list of addresses that you supply.  Hmmm...
