You need to change the test-list alias and add another alias:
test-list: |/path/to/wrapper resend -l test-list -h host.name \
test-list-outgoing
test-list-outgoing: :include:/users/majordomo/lists/test-list
then, you need the files:
test-list
test-list.config
test-list.info
in the lists directory.
