Yes, it's easy to do. If your FAQ is included in the
LISTNAME.info file, people can just send a 'info LISTNAME' to
have the faq sent to them.
Otherwise, if you have the FAQ in the list's archive directory
(and it's called faq.txt), people can send a 'get LISTNAME faq.txt'
request to majordomo.
