[Yea, a bounce message]
Occasionally some site will barf and send bounces to the sender of a
message instead of the owner of the mailing list. Yes, these mailers are
broken. No, there isn't anything you can do about it. The owner of the
list can, however, take the bouncing address off of the list. To notify
the owner of the list, generally you send a message to the owner of the
list, not to the list itself. I doubt all of the recipients of this list
wanted to see that entire bounce message, expecially since only one of the
recipients is in a position to do anything about it. (I'm assuming that
majordomo-users-owner actually reads this list. It is quite possible that
he doesn't, in which case your message reached nobody who is in a position
to deal with the problem.)
It seems odd to have to say this here, on a list that is generally expected
to be populated by people who run mailing lists.
