Umm, that is not the release site. I don't know if it is a mirror, or if
there is an agreement to make another copy available, but it so I haven't
heard of it. It's also incredibly slow to access from North America and I
would suspect Europe.
The real sites are ftp.sgi.com and ftp-europe.sgi.com in /other/majordomo.

More than that: if you are not willing to join majordomo-workers and help
in the testing then don't run any development versions. All we request are
good bug reports sent to the proper place, really.
