No this doesn't usually happen (this is the first time in 4 months one has
slipped through) and the bounces come to me as listowner as the list is
configured to send bounces to me, and rest assured with close to 600 people
and 50-100 messages per day I get a *lot* of error bounces.
Actually the good thing about the "restrict post" config variable is that
MD won't allow these bounces through anyway and are bounced as "Non-member
