Two things here: to get a blank line, you have to start that line
with a '-' and if you want space at the beginning of a line
(which I suppose you do with the _SUBJECTS_ token), you must
put a '-' before the whitespace. This is probably why that
token isn't being expanded. Second, these things have to
be in the digest's config file to get stuck on the digest.
About the digest not mailing properly: how are your digest aliases
set up? You are probably missing the last argument, which is
the outgoing mail alias.
