Here is an idea:
1. Subscribe to both lists.
2. Install procmail where you have your mail account.
3. Make a procmail recipe that will do this:
if the mail is for either list
if the mail doesn't have an X-Loop header
add X-Loop header
send to the other list
end if
end if
So, if you get a post from the majordomo list, you tack on the extra
header and send it off to the listserv list. When it comes back to you,
it gets discarded because of the X-Loop header, and you don't even see it.
When mail arrives from the listserv list, the same thing happens.
Nobody will notice the extra header, and you don't have to pay extra
postage for it, either.
All this is invisible to you; you can set it up so that you actually
only receive mail from one list, although procmail is shuffling both
in the background.
