Not sure about the rest of the message, but I did read somewhere about the
"-" that you are talking about. Just one "-" tells it to put a blank line
in for those who want to seperate things with blank lines or like after the
header to seperate the header from the body of the message by one more
blank line. So, I would say that if you want to have two dashes, then you
will need to put three dashes. I have a list that the header is seperated
by a whole line of dashes and then two blank lines. The two blank lines
are entered as single dashes on each line which doesn't show up in the
message and the line with all dashes (if counted up) is one short of the
number of dashes that I put in.
