Rob,
We had a list of over 25,000 and had to use bulk_mailer because of sendmail.
It might be related to your problem.

This may or may not be a mojordomo question.
I Have got the latest version of majordomo running on my system, and it works
great. The problem is, we want to send e-mail to ALL our users. I wrote a
perl script that pulls all the user ID's greater than UID 99 and puts them in
a file that looks like the majordomo listname file. I created a majordomo
mailing list and all the aliases neccessarry. But when i send e-mail to the
mailing list, i get back "error expanding to *". Now i know there's no * in
the file. Any suggestions on what to do or how to set it up to mail to all my
users?
There are almost 2000 on the system.
