need help

Hi Guys

	can you help?

	Small probblem - Why does majordomo not recognise certain user names.
	Mainly those from people on pc 's using pegasus mail which use the 
	format - Name.Surname - These people can subscribe no probblem but when 	we send mail to the list these people do not recieve it ????
	We get an error saying Unknown User
	if we change this format to the normal user_id
	name it works fine.
