Well, if you have EXPN and VRFY enabled, you can telnet to the SMTP port
and try them out.  You can also play with the test mode in Sendmail and see
how the aliases expand.  Just putting yourself as the only person on the
list and sending messages is probably easier and, well, it's the only way
to be sure.
