I wonder if the following could be set up:
Allow people to "register" with the mailing list, in a manner similar to
subscribing; to register, you need to send three pieces of information:
o The list's name
o The address to register
o An address which is subscribed to the list
The desired behavior of the list follows:
o A subscribed address is capable of sending to the list, and receives posts
from the list.
o A registered address is capable of sending to the list, but doesn't receive
anything from the list; it is almost always associatec with a subscribed
address.
o Messages from other addresses get bounced to the list administrator
