it is true that all msgs sent to the list bounce and end up with the
moderator anyway. But majordomo tells me when a msg is from a non-subscriber.
It says:
> Subject: BOUNCE <listname>: Approval required: Non-member submission from <address>
which I find convenient. Most often the reason is that someone posts from
a different address than is used for the list.
